EmpireAvenue: My Investment Objective

I just added a new section for my (e)JANECHIN “Profile”, my investment objective. I’m going to be culling through my portfolio over the next weeks to begin whittling down what I want to hold in my portfolio to support my investment objective.

INVESTMENT OBJECTIVE [added 6/3/2011] — I’m looking to invest in people whom I’m interested in learning more about what they’re doing, where they’re going with their business & careers & life.

This is why early on in the game, I plunked down real moolah for 2 luxury items with the specific purpose of generating $eaves so I don’t have to keep “day trading” just to turn around a fast buck. That gets old real fast, and I’m too busy to keep that up.

So while I’m interested in increasing the share price of my “stock ticker”, I view myself ultimately as an investor looking for to build solid network contacts and business relationships and meeting interesting people who have something to say about the world.

Yea. I bought these. $110. I’m a serious “playa” now.
